We do not offer exchanges but a 12 month store credit and you can repurchase your item of choice. We are happy to offer a 12 month store credit under the following conditions:
- Item must be returned to us within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in the same condition as originally sent, including tags attached.
- The product is free from perfume smells or makeup marks.
- You can return sale items unless the product is marked "FINAL SALE". We will always state if an item is a final sale on the items product page.
Shipping charges on returns
Shipping charges on your first initial order are not refundable. This means that if you got free standard shipping for your initial order, the shipping costs will be deducted accordingly from your refund/store credit.
Return postage costs are at the customer’s expense. In the case of faulty items, return costs will be bourne by For Mae.
What to do:
1. Fill up this returns form
2. Send item(s) and returns form back with a trackable postage
3. An email updating you will be sent within 3 working days of receiving your item
4. Credit note will be sent back
We strongly recommend that you use a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
We are fully committed to complying with the Consumer Guarantees as legislated by Australia Consumer Law and accept returns on any faulty or items that have been described wrongly within a reasonable timeframe.
We will email you as soon as the return has been received to us and update the status of the return accordingly. For Mae Collective is not responsible for customs duties for returns of international orders. If there is a charge it will be deducted from the final refund.
Every item is inspected before it is shipped, but in the unlikely event of a manufacturer fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or exchange your item once it has been returned.
