RETURNS

If your purchase is the wrong size or you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, we are very happy to have you return the item and issue you with a 12-month store credit to the value of the item.

Please note

1. We do not offer refunds unless the item(s) are deemed faulty.

2. Sale items are cannot be returned.

3. Return postage costs are at the customer’s expense. In the case of faulty items, return costs will be bourne by For Mae.

4. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

5. All returns will be processed within 3 working days of receiving your item.

We are fully committed to complying with the Consumer Guarantees as legislated by Australia Consumer Law and accept returns on any faulty or items that have been described wrongly within a reasonable timeframe.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

1. Your items must be sent back within 14 business days from receipt of goods.

2. The garment(s) must be in their original condition (with tags and any other labels that have been included in packaging).

3. The garment(s) has not been washed.

4. The garment(s) has never been worn apart from trying it on for fit.

5. Items with makeup/deodorant/tan stains will not be accepted.

6. The garment(s) is not a sale item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. Your items must be sent back within 28 business days from receipt of goods.

2. The garment(s) must be in their original condition (with tags and any other labels that have been included in packaging).

3. The garment(s) has not been washed.

4. The garment(s) has never been worn apart from trying it on for fit.

5. Items with makeup stains will not be accepted.

6. The garment(s) is not a sale item.

Every item is inspected before it is shipped, but in the unlikely event of a manufacturer fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or exchange your item once it has been returned.
