We want you to always love shopping with For Mae Collective and understand the difficulty of online shopping. We are happy for you to return any full priced for a full refund or a credit note. Returns of items from the sale section are only entitled to a credit note. Final sale items cannot be returned.
We strongly recommend that you use a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
We do not offer exchanges but a 3 year store credit or refund. We are happy to offer a 3 year store credit or refund under the following conditions:
Shipping charges on your order are not refundable and the cost of shipping will be deducted accordingly from your refund/store credit.
Return postage costs are at the customer’s expense. In the case of faulty items, return costs will be bourne by For Mae.
We are fully committed to complying with the Consumer Guarantees as legislated by Australia Consumer Law and accept returns on any faulty or items that have been described wrongly within a reasonable timeframe.
We will email you as soon as the return has been received to us and update the status of the return accordingly. For Mae Collective is not responsible for customs duties for returns of international orders. If there is a charge it will be deducted from the final refund.
Every item is inspected before it is shipped, but in the unlikely event of a manufacturer fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or exchange your item once it has been returned.
