Caring for your clothing
All fabrics have been hand chosen by two very picky ladies who know that mothers do not have time to hand wash their clothes! All items are machine washable and can also be put in the dryer unless stated.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept either PayPal (you can either pay with your PayPal account or with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account). We have also recently started implemented Afterpay where you can shop now and pay later. All prices are set in AUD.
Is your website secure?
All payment is processed securely by PayPal, which means that we do not store any of your credit card information at any point. Purchases on For Mae Collective are protected by PayPal Buyer Protection when your item doesn’t match its description, is faulty, or doesn’t reach you.
How safe is my personal information?
Your personal details are safe with us. The information we collect is only used to provide services you have requested and to inform you customers of website updates. For Mae Collective will only disclose your personal information if it’s required by law to do so.
Can I change my order details after I've placed it?
We work fast, so please get in touch as soon as you can if you would like to make any changes your order and we will be able to cancel and refund the amount if your item has not been shipped yet. This includes changing item, item size, the delivery option, delivery address or contact details. We will do our best to help you. If we have been given an incorrect address, it may take up to 2 weeks for the parcel to be returned back to us, for us to process the order again and redeliver it to you.
Can I find you in-stores to try your clothing out?
We are only online at the moment. We do, however, participate in expos in Australia. You can keep up to date with these details by following us on Instagram and Facebook or sign up to our mailing list.
How long would it take for my order to be processed?
All orders with the Express Shipping option will be processed and dispatched within the next working business day. All orders with the Standard Shipping option will be processed and dispatched within 2-4 working business days.
Can I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up from Boronia, VIC. Please use the code PICKUP and postage will be taken off your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number to arrange a pickup time and for the address for pickup.
Has my order been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please Contact Us and our customer service team will be able to help you.
How can I check the delivery status of my purchase?
You will be given a tracking number in the confirmation email sent once your parcel has been dispatched. You can check the status of the delivery at http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Please refer to our shipping information.

Can I exchange my purchase for another item?
Yes you can. Simply contact us with your request and we will sort it all out for you. Unfortunately, postage both ways will have to be borne by the purchaser.
No returns or exchanges are given for items on sale or during a sale.
