All fabrics have been hand chosen by two very picky ladies who know that mothers do not have time to hand wash their clothes! All items are machine washable and can also be put in the dryer unless stated.
We accept either PayPal (you can either pay with your PayPal account or with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account). We have also recently started implemented Afterpay where you can shop now and pay later. All prices are set in AUD.
All payment is processed securely by PayPal, which means that we do not store any of your credit card information at any point. Purchases on For Mae Collective are protected by PayPal Buyer Protection when your item doesn’t match its description, is faulty, or doesn’t reach you.
Your personal details are safe with us. The information we collect is only used to provide services you have requested and to inform you customers of website updates. For Mae Collective will only disclose your personal information if it’s required by law to do so.
We work fast, so please get in touch as soon as you can if you would like to make any changes your order and we will be able to cancel and refund the amount if your item has not been shipped yet. This includes changing item, item size, the delivery option, delivery address or contact details. We will do our best to help you. If we have been given an incorrect address, it may take up to 2 weeks for the parcel to be returned back to us, for us to process the order again and redeliver it to you.
We are only online at the moment. We do, however, participate in expos in Australia occasionally. You can keep up to date with these details by following us on Instagram and Facebook or sign up to our mailing list.
HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
This service has been suspended for now until further notice to reduce the amount of contact to slow down the spread of COVID-19. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please Contact Us and our customer service team will be able to help you.
You will be given a tracking number in the confirmation email sent once your parcel has been dispatched. You can check the status of the delivery with the link given in the shipping email that you will receive once the items have been dispatched.

We do not do exchanges but instead we ask that you send the item back and we will send a credit note that lasts for three years for sale items or a refund for full priced items. You can then decide whether to purchase the same item in a different size or colour or choose a different item.
In order to make sure the item you want is in stock by the time you are able to re-purchase again, simply contact us with your request and we will set aside the item for you.
No returns or exchanges are given for items marked Final Sale.
