Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

For Mae Collective recognises the important role in slowing the spread of COVID-19. We would like to reassure you that the health and safety of our customers and team members are our utmost priority. We care about what we do to keep everyone safe.

Our online store will remain open for now and we are still dispatching items daily.

With legislation changing quickly, we will be using this page and all forms of communication (social media and email) to inform any changes to our businesses.  

Discover the steps we are taking to keep our community safe

  1. No signature will be required. 
    Parcels with signature on delivery will be signed by the postie once they have passed the parcel to you.
  2. Please note that there might be delivery delays. However, we will be dispatching items as quickly as possible. There are delays especially for international parcels. New Zealand parcels are expected to take at least a month unfortunately unless express post has been selected. Delays are beyond our control and we are extremely sorry about this.
  3. We will be extending our returns to 60 days on all purchases for a limited time.
